Our Liturgy

Today 3C had our class Liturgy in the Church with Father D.

We thought about the Gospel story where Jesus takes his disciples up onto the mountain to pray. While Jesus and the disciples are on the mountain a voice comes from the cloud, saying, "This is my Son, whom I have chosen; listen to him."

In our classroom, we have been thinking about the choices we make. This Gospel story tells us to listen to Jesus when we think about our actions. Together we prayed for a heart to listen to Jesus.

Mrs C was really pleased with all the children. They read really well, sang VERY well and sat very patiently, because it was VERY hot in the church! We thought about our choices carefully.

Thank you Callum for the pictures!
